USA Today is Back

When selling a book there is a lot to think about. How to market it. Who is going to buy it. What is my budget. Do I have a back-end plan?  In other words a business behind the book? Regardless of some of these questions it’s not a secret that hitting the lists puts your book and brand into a whole different category of books. You are in the top 1% of authors. I’ve seen people like Tucker Max say that lists aren’t important but he was already a 2XNYT best selling author. I’ve seen other publishers say the same. Why?  Most have no idea how to market. In fact companies like the now defunct Scribe would hire us when they wanted their books to get to the next level. (Maybe they should have used us more)

Here is the great news. USA Today has now brought their list back with some enhancements that “levels the playing field”. It’s still about the numbers and you still need to market your book like no other. But, what that brings can and will build a business and a brand. We’ve been helping authors all over the world selling millions of books. If you want this. If you deserve it. Send me a DM with “USA” and let’s talk @mikealdden.
